Q. How much of the ashes do I need to send and how do I send them?
A. Only a small amount of ashes (approximately 2 tablespoons per piece of art) is required. You or your funeral director can place them in a sealed container (a small zip lock bag or film canister, for example), place in a second zip lock bag then mail them in a padded envelope with the signed order form and authorization.

Q. What color choices do I have?
A. For all glass art creations except Infinity your choices are: Reds / Blues / Greens / Purples / Pinks and Ambers.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks.

Q. How do you protect the integrity of the ashes?
A. Legacy Designs has quality control procedures in place designed to protect the identity of the ashes throughout the entire process, from receipt to delivery back to you.

A. Satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. Simply return the glass art creation to receive a full refund.

Q. Do Treasure Boxes take special handling?
A. Only with cleaning and around water. Treasure Boxes should not be placed under running water, or in tubs or sinks to clean, as they are not air tight. Any glass cleaner can be used to clean Treasure Boxes. Do not spray cleaner directly on the Treasure Boxes as moisture could get inside. Simply spray cleaner on a cloth, and then clean the treasure box with the cloth.

Q. Can Treasure Boxes be shaken or turned?
A. Yes. We encourage you to shake or turn your Treasure Box gently to display the contents to your liking.

Q. What if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?
A. We highly recommend use of a credible shipper, such as UPS or Federal Express as they provide tracking numbers and insurance options.
Your shipper is accountable for damages and/or loss. Legacy Designs packages products securely and safely to prevent damage, and also uses only credible shippers that track and insure packages.
